Hey-o, Word-wielders,
Here we are with another prompt time post, this one about . . . anything!
So, here goes:
- A girl believes all her life that there is no world beyond her windowless home, until one day . . .
- A poem from the perspective of a rock. It can be a huge boulder, a river pebble, maybe even a single grain of sand.
- A fictional recipe for colour.
- A poem inspired by your favorite movie soundtrack. (Doesn't have to be your favorite movie, just your favorite soundtrack.)
- A world where snow is hot and the sun is cold.
- A poem about rust and how it affects things. It can be literal or metaphoric.
- A persuasive essay on why Jolly Ranchers aren't unhealthy. (Disclaimer: I believe Jolly Ranchers are not health food, but can you convince someone otherwise?)
- A story set in a town where breaking world records is very important. Is the main character talented at doing so? Is he not?
- A poem formatted to be shaped like a lightbulb.
- A story set in a world where almost nobody can see color.
- An epic poem about a lizard, a three-legged goat, and a hairless cat.
- A poem written entirely in dialogue.
- A poem written in different colors of ink. The poem can be read as a whole, but if you read just the purple words, or just the red ones, another poem/message can be found.
- A story where the reader isn't sure who the villain is.
- A poem involving rubber boots.
- A story using the words eclipse, silvern, sway, twist, and striking.
- A spoof article about something silly.
- A poem where numbers are significant.
- A story with two characters who look identical, but are not clones or identical twins.
- A list of 20 things God has given to you.
